After the Sun Flares ravaged the planet, WICKED set out to develop a cure for the Flare. The Flare is a savage disease, slowly eating away at the brain. In a desperate attempt to develop a cure, WICKED put The Maze Trials into motion. The experiment would place a large group of teenagers into an area that would come to be known as The Glade. Recording specific patterns, WICKED seeks to discover why this remarkable group was able to fight off the Flare. Despite having no memory of their previous lives, the Gladers learned to adapt and now live as normally as possible. Our plot is largely driven by the members. Will you survive the Maze? Can you find your place among the Gladers?



The Maze Trials is an AU roleplay set during the events of The Maze Runner by James Dashner. Since we are AU, we will be accepting both female and male characters. We have a simple application and no word count requirement. We have many major canon characters available, and we also accept original characters.
