The look of fear and worry deepened at the news her sister just gave her. She turned away from her sister so she wouldn't see how scared she was. She was her elder sister and the leader of the nest she couldn't show fear even if it was for her family. Taking a deep breath she pushed the fear down in a small corner until she was alone. "Ok thank you for reporting that to me Tula. Did your mentor say anything else like what the cause of death was? Where there any injuries or anything?"

This was not good, what ever was going on wasn't just affecting the fish and the water but the whole island. They needed to figure out what was going on. "Tula do you know if it rained while I slept yesterday evening? I know you where out training while I slept." She was really hoping it was something simple that could be fixed or they might have to find a new home. She dreaded that more than anything. This had been this nest's home for hundreds of years. "I'm going to send all the Sentry's out to search the whole island for any more trouble that might be related to these deaths."

Riku turned to Aodhan and frowned. "I'm sorry but I'm going to have to keep you here until this is figured out. You arrived at the same time that are food began dying off it can't be a coincidence. You'll be kept in our guest den with Sentry's guarding the only exit until this problem is solved. I'm sure you have nothing to do with this but you must understand it does see odd."

As time went on Ririkku's slight nausea would slowly be increasing; she would feel flu like symptoms eventually develop.

Tula shook her head no, the deaths were as mysterious to her as it was to her mentor. The hyperactive dragon frowned while she looked at the dead fish as well.

”Riri; if both the fish and the animals are dyeing….what are we going to do for food? And are the other animals safe to eat? Will we have to hunt somewhere else now?”

This was troubling; her claws dug into the ground nervously. When Riri asked a question Tula nodded yes.

”It did rain last night; I was out in it…if that caused it wouldn’t I and my mentor be sick to?”

But enough chit chat Riri asked her to move the fish so she went and headed towards the pile of fish….seeing how they were sick she didn’t think it to be the brightest idea to move them with her mouth. So she took a deep breath and set ablaze the pile of fish.

Aodhan looks at the dead fish as the lady of the nest asks her to stand there. He’s not even sure how a single dragon could cause all this destruction. “Alright. I have nothing to hide, and I’m sure you’ll find that I didn’t do anything.” The idea of someone watching him sleep in a guest den was somewhat strange. However, he found ways to nap in odder location. Still, he felt like he shouldn’t be sitting idle when someone so strange was happening.

He smiles at the nervous young dragon, “I wouldn’t worry too much about it, Tula. Your sister seems capable, and I’m sure she’ll have it handled soon.” There was no reason that she had to worry about the situation, being so fresh out of the nest.

Riku was worried about the same thing as her sister. For hundreds of years they has been able to feed themselves without stealing from the vikings. But now it looked like it was all about to change. "Don't worry Tula we'll go to an uninhabited island. And if we can't find one we'll steal from the vikings." But that would be the last thing she did. She would try everything else first before that.

At hearing about the rain she nodded, "Unless you drank some of the rain water you should be ok. Water runs right off our scales. So do...." Just than she began to feel sick to her stomach and dizzy. She took a couple stumbling steps. "I don't feel so good all of a sudden."

She gave her head a shake and pushed the feelings of illness aside. "Ok so maybe it was the rain. And maybe the stream cleaned out the river above. But the pool takes longer to clean. The stream leading from here to the ocean is small and slow."
